Clinical Director
Therapist

Ashlee Lee CSW

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. My experience includes providing Tier 2 support in a high school, working in private therapy, and currently serving in the substance use field.

I believe people have inherent goodness and deserve the opportunity to rewrite their story. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients are met where they are and supported on their own terms. Together, we work collaboratively toward meaningful goals and the healing process.

My work has deepened my understanding of how pain, trauma, and societal influences can disconnect us from our authentic selves. I believe healing is possible, and that therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover purpose, meaning, and joy in living again.

These experiences shape how I show up as a therapist and allow me to meet clients with compassion, humility, and deep respect for their own stories. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah and a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I am a Certified Social Worker - Intern (CSW-I) and practice under clinical supervision.
